("DealPortal", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of the individuals and organizations that use our platform and websites, including dealportal.ca (collectively, the "Services"). • To provide, operate and support the Services;
• To respond to your requests, such as sending resources you asked for or scheduling a demo;
• To send you commercial electronic messages about DealPortal only in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) - with your consent, identifying us as the sender, and with a working unsubscribe mechanism in every message. You may withdraw consent at any time and we will honour it promptly;
• To improve our websites and Services, including analytics and product development;
• To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as hosting, communications, e-signature and analytics providers), with your organization when you use DealPortal through a brokerage or builder account, and where required by law. Service providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect personal information and may process it outside of Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
